Nikshay Foundation is an NGO registered under section 8(a) company Act. Nikshay Foundation is
headquartered at South East Delhi,it is non-political, not for profit, voluntary and non- government
Organisation (NGO). Nikshay Foundation operates through a qualified team of professionals, which
folows a standard set of operational manuals based on the philosophy of organization’s philanthropic
mission, vision and objectives. In last 3 years, Nikshay Foundation has achieved certain milestones as
also trust among the society and its stakeholders, sponsors and Govt. Departments.
What we do
Health
We are dedicated to providing complete information about critical diseases and assisting in patients' recovery by removing treatment obstacles. We connect them with government and non-government health schemes while actively raising public awareness.
Education
Many underprivileged children miss out on education and are forced into child labor. The Nikshay Foundation's *Har Ghar Shiksha* project helps by providing free education and learning materials through small community centers, empowering them .
Women empowerment
Women empowerment drives a nation's growth. The Nikshay Foundation promotes this by organizing programs and training women in skills like embroidery, sewing, weaving, and computers. By forming self-help groups (SHGs), women create job opportunities.
Awareness program
Under the *TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan*, the Nikshay Foundation actively supports TB patients in Sriniwaspuri. The NGO organizes regular awareness programs where volunteers educate the community about TB symptoms, causes, and treatments, empowering them .
Environment protection
With growing environmental challenges, systematic protection has become essential. While some measures have succeeded, many have fallen short. The Nikshay Foundation addresses this by running awareness programs and actively planting.
Individual counselling
Tuberculosis patients often face stigma and mental health challenges due to a lack of awareness. To address this, the Nikshay Foundation provides individual and group counseling for patients and their families, fostering a supportive and understanding community for future generations.

Under the TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, the Nikshay Foundation is playing a proactive role in supporting the fight against tuberculosis, particularly in the Sriniwaspuri area. The foundation is deeply committed to raising awareness and ensuring early detection and proper treatment of TB among vulnerable communities. To achieve this, the organization conducts regular awareness programs where dedicated volunteers engage with local residents, educating them about the symptoms, causes, preventive measures, and available treatments for TB. These sessions not only spread crucial health information but also work to eliminate the stigma often associated with the disease. By empowering individuals with knowledge and encouraging timely medical intervention, the Nikshay Foundation is making a meaningful contribution toward creating a TB-free society.

Women Empowerment
Women empowerment is a powerful catalyst for a nation's growth and development. At the heart of this vision, the Nikshay Foundation plays a vital role by initiating programs and workshops aimed at uplifting women from various communities. Through skill development in areas such as embroidery, sewing, weaving, and computer literacy, the foundation equips women with the tools they need to become self-reliant and confident. In addition to training, the foundation also supports the formation of Self-Help Groups (SHGs), which enable women to work together, support one another, and create sustainable job opportunities within their communities. These groups not only enhance economic independence but also foster leadership, entrepreneurship, and social change. By empowering women, the Nikshay Foundation is helping build a stronger, more inclusive, and progressive society.

Introduction
Mission
Nikshay Foundation is working on health as well as education, women empowerment, environmental
protection and livelihood in different states of India and benefitting the people living there, our work is
to give them complete information about their health and help them in their recovery by removing the
obstacles in their treatment and connecting them with government and non-government schemes
being run from time to time, apart from this we are also working to make public aware. We do many
programs for such as community meeting, health camp, school meeting, private provider / private
doctor meeting etc. The organization has set its own goal: that it is moving forward to make a TB free
India by 2026. We work for Unskilled Youth, destitute women, deprived children, unemployed youths,
younger generation, vulnerable, underprivileged and marginalized persons, labors etc. in rural as well
as in urban areas of our operation.The organization receives financial assistance in terms of donation,
fees, grants, and help.
